Ingredients


Makes: 1 serving
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole-grain English muffin, halved and toasted
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip, or 3 Onion, or Cheese, Chives & Bacon dip mix, prepared
  • 1 slices low-fat cheese
  • 1 slices tomato
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) spinach
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Fry egg in an Fry Pan over medium heat.
  • Spread one half of the English muffin with dip. Top with cheese, tomato, and spinach.
  • Season egg to taste with salt and pepper and place on top of spinach. Sandwich with muffin top.
